well, I got some book illustrating gigs

That is why I haven't been putting up any new paintings for a while. One of them is for an Austin Author writing a children's book. Technically, i'm coloring the illustrations already created, and later will assemble the page layout and letter the pages.
The other on is for an author in L.A. We were discussing doing an illustration for each chapter head, but the project as been reduced in scope. Instead of 17 illustrations, it has been narrowned down to one for the cover. More details to come.
